We have adopted various strategies to successfully manage our Erasmus project thus far.
Time Management: At the outset of the project, we created a detailed timeline, setting clear start and end dates for each activity. We regularly updated this timeline to minimize potential delays. Additionally, we conducted regular progress review meetings with each partner to track progress and revise the schedule as needed.
Financial Management: We conducted a detailed analysis of the project budget, creating separate items for each activity. By regularly tracking expenses, we strived to prevent deviations from the budget. Furthermore, we maintained transparency by regularly updating the financial reporting system on the Erasmus+ portal.
Overall Coordination of Partners: We maintained regular communication with all partners to ensure information sharing at every stage of the project. By organizing regular online meetings, we accelerated the decision-making processes. We identified the strengths of the partners and optimized the distribution of tasks.
Reporting: We prepared regular progress reports through the Erasmus+ portal. These reports detailed the project’s progress toward its objectives, the challenges encountered, and proposed solutions. Additionally, we submitted all necessary documents to the national agency in a timely manner.
Communication: We established an effective communication network with the project team and partners. We ensured regular communication through email, video conferencing, and project management tools. Moreover, we actively used the project’s social media accounts to inform the public about the project.
The task distribution determined at the beginning of the project generally remains valid. However, we made some minor adjustments due to new needs that arose during the project. In particular, the responsibilities for certain tasks were redistributed during the digitalization process. For example, the responsibility for managing the e-learning platform was increased for a specific partner.
