2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) – Croatia
The second international meeting of the project was held in Croatia to streamline technical processes and finalize digitalization steps.

Meeting Objective & Focus
The primary focus of this meeting was the content development processes within WP3 (Work Package 3), one of the most critical phases of the project. Specifically, the development of scenarios and question banks under the A3 activity was discussed in detail. Furthermore, the digitalization process (A4) was planned, and the overall financial progress of the project was evaluated.

Content Development: Technical hurdles in the preparation of scenarios and question banks were resolved; partners’ queries were addressed, ensuring full alignment on the process.

Digitalization Roadmap: The transition of the project to digital platforms and the related technical requirements under Work Package A4 were meticulously planned.
