The final meeting of the project was held in Poland to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of all outputs and define the future vision.

Meeting Objective & Focus
During the final meeting, the project was reviewed in its entirety. Activities carried out since the beginning were evaluated on a partner-by-partner basis, and decisions were made to address any remaining tasks to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Key Outcomes
Comprehensive Review: All activities completed throughout the project lifecycle were analyzed, confirming that the targeted tangible outputs were achieved.
Dissemination Strategy: Plans for the final work package—dissemination—were detailed. A long-term strategy was established to ensure the sustainability and impact of the project results even after its official completion.
Final Reporting Roadmap: The technical and administrative steps required for the formal closure of the project were finalized.
