Project Kick-off Meeting – Türkiye
The inaugural step of the project was successfully taken with the participation of all partners, hosted by the Turkish delegation.

Meeting Objective & Focus
During this initial gathering, the core vision, strategic objectives, and implementation timeline of the project were thoroughly discussed. The primary focus was on defining the specific roles of each partner within the work packages and ensuring a transparent understanding of the financial management processes among all stakeholders.
Key Outcomes
Role Definition: Responsibilities and contributions of each partner regarding content production and implementation phases were finalized.
Financial Roadmap: A full consensus was reached on budget management and financial reporting procedures.
Strategic Planning: The framework for the tangible outcomes (intellectual outputs, reports, etc.) to be achieved by the end of the project was established.
